At Serve Legal, we know that building a strong team culture goes way beyond the work we do day to day. Taking time to connect outside of the usual remote working environment is an important part of strengthening work relationships, celebrating success and creating a positive workplace.
Last Wednesday, most of the internal team travelled to London for a social evening filled with football, food and facepaint! The evening began at Flight Club, where we had drinks, played some games and ate a lot of pizza, before heading to the pub to watch the England semi-final football game together!
Even though the result of the football was slightly disappointing, it was a brilliant opportunity for the team to step away from their usual routines, spend time together and enjoy some well-earned downtime away from the screen!
The evening was filled with great company and plenty of memorable moments. A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a successful social.
We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to bring the team together
